Retired in Malaysia's New Look

This evening I unveiled the new design of Retired in Malaysia. I hope everyone likes the new design and finds it much easier to read and navigate. I would like to thank my good friend Kevin Chan for his design and also the use of one of his photos, which is the panorama of Gurney Drive at sunset.

Kevin is an amateur photographer and a part time student, as well as being employed full time. You can check out his blogs, Coffee With Kevin and Kevin in Focus, to see his other works. Because of his limited time he has not been able to update the blogs as often as he would like. Thanks again Kevin. I hope everyone likes the new changes. Let me know what you think.

  1. Like the new layout and font choices, easy on the eye.

One thing you may want to consider is narrowing the column width for posts. One of the things I dislike with Blogger (though I still use it) is that it defaults to ITS settings, not the browser settings, so, for those not opening in wide screen mode (and of course wide screen is not an Apple default), they will see a clipped version and have to stretch their browser window.

Anyway, great new look and here's to another year on this great blog.

  2. Thanks Pick of Penang for your comments.
